ISO Management System Activity Policy
In accordance with our “VALUE and PRIDE” Action Policy, everyone working in the Ryoyo Group (Ryoyo Electro Corp. and its subsidiaries) is striving to help solve various social issues by contributing solutions for sustainable economic growth and global environmental problems.
Accordingly, the Group has established management systems that conform to standards for the environment, quality, and information security, as set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). We comply with relevant laws and regulations related to our business and products, while adhering to customer requirements. We also identify and mitigate risks associated with our activities related to the environment, quality, and information security, while pursuing continuous improvements.

Quality Control Activities
1. Enhancing Quality Control for Newly Procured Products
- In order to provide our customers with products supported by reliable quality control, we strive to ensure quality by implementing process audits, quality guidance, acceptance inspections, and similar measures for new suppliers.
- For projects with original design/equipment manufacturers (ODMs and OEMs), the Group procures products with appropriate design and manufacturing quality at reasonable prices.
- The Group is striving to improve its service level as an electronics trading company by holding quality meetings internally and with business partners, and by conducting in-house training concerning procured products.
2. Improving Logistics
- The Group ensures logistics and processing quality in order to maintain product quality.

3. Handling Quality Issues
- The Group’s dedicated quality control team promotes quality control support activities to meet customer needs. Its efforts include defect handling support, complaint aggregation, analysis support, and measures for complying with various government standards.
